Electromagnetic roasting machine DCCL6-20 adopts supersonic electricity heating to heat the roller directly. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and it is mainly used to dry and roast all kinds of nuts and seeds or condiments. It's very intelligent, low consumption and environment protecton.

This roaster have drum speed controler and tempreture controler, customer can adjust it by themselves according to different raw materials roasting request. This model roaster can be used in the nuts and snacks shops and BIG-scale seeds processing industry.

The working principle:

The electromagnetic heating system: the electromagnetic control box make the copper wire plate generate the magnetic field, when
the roller rotating will cut the magnetic induction line and generate wave to influence the metal roller, and make the metal
roller self-heating. The copper wire plate under the roller, the wire plate is cold, will not be hot when the equipment working,
just generate the magnetic field. The metal roller self-heating.
